1. Information Collected and Application Permissions

• Basic Data: Name, email, phone number, job title, and login credentials.
• Location Data: The application requests location access only while the app is in use (“While Using the App”).
  Location is collected only when you check in, check out, or verify an instant attendance request.
  We do not require “Always” or background location access, and we do not collect your location continuously during your shift or when the app is closed.
  Location data is used to verify attendance and confirm that you are within the designated work geographic area at the time of those actions.
• Camera and Photo Gallery: Access is requested to upload profile pictures, medical attachments (for sick leaves), or necessary administrative documents for HR processes.
• Biometrics: We use technologies such as fingerprint or facial recognition to facilitate and secure identity verification for attendance actions and login to the application.
• Push Notifications: To send administrative alerts, leave approval notifications, instant attendance verification requests, and urgent important messages to employees.

2. How We Use This Information

• Automating the attendance process and calculating working hours accurately and transparently.
• Verifying attendance at check-in, check-out, and instant attendance verification events.
• Managing leave and departure requests and facilitating internal communication between management and employees.
• Enhancing employee account security and preventing fraudulent attempts or unauthorized access.

3. Data Security and Protection

• All collected data is encrypted and securely stored on the company's servers.
• We do not sell or share employee data with any third parties for advertising or commercial purposes.
• Data is only shared in the event of an official and legal request from the competent authorities.

4. Employee (User) Rights

• The employee has the right to access and review their registered personal data.
• The employee can disable location or camera permissions from the phone's settings.
  Please note that disabling location permission will prevent the use of attendance verification features that require location at check-in, check-out, or instant attendance verification.
• The employee can decline location access when prompted. The app will continue to function for other features, but attendance actions requiring location verification will not be available without permission.

5. Changes to the Privacy Policy and Contact Information

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for regulatory reasons. We will notify employees of any material updates via notifications or email.
